Let's call our beloved President Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam as Farmer President as he has sown maximum no. of seeds on Young Minds . 

A tree ( Nagalingam Tree Sapling)  planted in memory of our Farmer President Dr. APJ Abdul  Kalam ayya's 88th Birthday on 15th October 2019 in our Farm.  

Importantly the Grow Bag is being reused to house another sapling. 


Thanks to Wing Commander (Retd.) Mr. Krishna Murthy ( https://www.facebook.com/chidambaramsubramaniam.krishnamurthy)  for gifting me this sapling.  He will give million reasons to plant & gift trees.  A great inspiration to all who are working on field with trees.

                        - திருவாசகத்தில் ஒரு வரி

ஒவ்வொரு உயிரையும் மிக நுணுக்கமாக தனித்துவத்துடன் படைக்கிறான் இறைவன்.  ஒரு வேப்பமரம் போல் இன்னொரு வேப்பமரம் சகல ஒற்றுமைகளுடன் இருப்பதில்லை.  ஏதேனும் சிறு வேறுபாடுகள் இருக்கவே செய்யும். 

அது போல் ஒரு மனிதனுக்கு கிடைக்கப் பெற்ற அனைத்தும் மற்றொருவனுக்கு கிடைக்க வாய்ப்பில்லை.  அதனால் இராணுவ ஒழுங்கை போல் ஒரே சீராக எல்லோரும் எல்லா விஷயங்களிலும் ஒன்று போல் நடக்க வாய்ப்பில்லை. 

கிருத்துவராலும் முகமதியராலும் உலகின் மிக பெரிய போர்கள் நடந்து பல கோடி உயிர்களை பலிவாங்கிட்டோம். என்னை போலவே மற்றொருவனும் சிந்திக்க வேண்டும் நான் வணங்கியதையே வணங்க வேண்டும் என்று முற்படுவது இயற்கைக்கு முரணாகும். 

இயற்கை வேளாண் விஞ்ஞானி நம்மாழ்வார் அய்யா போல் வாழ்ந்து காட்டி வழிக் காட்டலாம்,  ஆனால் எதையும் யார் மீதும் திணிக்கக் கூடாது.  இந்த இயற்கை முரணே வன்முறையை  தூண்டுகிறது.  இன்று அமெரிக்கா என்ற மிகப் பெரிய கிருஸ்துவ நாடும் இரான் என்கிற இஸ்லாமிய நாடும் எந்த நேரத்திலும் போர் மூளலாம் ( அக்டோபர் 2, 2019 - காந்தியின் 150 வது பிறந்தநாளில் எழுதும் குறிப்பு ) என்ற அச்சுறுத்தும் நிலையில் இந்த கருத்தை பகிர்கிறோம்.

மதமாற்றம் என்பதும் வன்முறையே. மலையின் மீது இயற்கையோடு ஒன்றி வாழ்ந்த மலை வாழ் மக்களை சமவெளியில் வாழும் மக்கள் நாகரிகம் இல்லாதவர்கள் போல் பார்க்க தொடங்கியதால் இன்று மலை வாழ் மக்கள் ரேஷன் அரிசிக்காக கால் கடுக்க நடந்தும் வரிசையில் நிற்கும் அவல நிலைக்கு தள்ளிவிட்டோம்.  அதனால் இன்று மலைகளும் எழில் குறைந்து மரங்கள் அற்று மழை மேகங்களும் இல்லாமல் வயல்கள் தண்ணீரின்றி வாடுகின்றன.

இன்றும் அந்தமான் நிக்கோபார் தீவுகளில் " ஜார்வ" பழங்குடியினர் மட்டும் இயற்கையோடு ஒன்றி வாழ்வதாக அறிகிறோம்.  அவர்களையும் நாகரீகமாக்குகிறேன்  என்று ஒரு பாதிரியார் கடலில் குதித்து காணாமல் போய்விட்டார். 

இயற்கையென்னும் இறைவனுக்கு / இறைவிக்கு எத்தனை உயிர்கள் படைக்கப்பட்டதோ அனைத்து உயிர்களும் அவைகளுக்கு விருப்பமான ஒரு பெயரையோ உருவத்தையோ வழிப்பட்டே வருகின்றன.  இதில் மனிதரில் சில கூட்டத்தினர் மட்டும் நான் வணங்குவதை நீ வணங்கவில்லை என்றால்  என்று மிரட்டி ஓயாமல் போர் புரிகின்றனர்.

வாங்க கொஞ்ச நாள் அமைதியா வாழ்ந்துட்டு நம்ம ஒவ்வொருத்துருக்கு "உள்" ளையும் "கட" க்கும் இறையையும் தட்டி எழுப்பி நாமும் "கடவுள்" ஆவோம்.
1000 கோடி பேரும் 1000 கோடி மதங்கள் தான். சக மனிதர , உயிர்களை துன்புறுத்தாம வாழ்வோம்.

எங்க கிராமத்தில இயற்கையோடு ஒன்றி வாழ ஒரு முயற்சியா இயற்கை வழி விவசாயம் செய்யும் விவசாயம் நடக்கும் நிலங்கள் உள்ள தெருவிற்கு காந்தி ஜெயந்தி இன்று நடந்த கிராம சபை கூட்டத்தில் " நம்மாழ்வார் தெரு" என்று பெயரிடுவதாக தீர்மானம் இயற்றிட்டோம்.

ஏன்னா இயற்கையை உள்ளது உள்ளபடியே ஏத்துகிறது தான் இயற்கை வேளாண்மையின் தத்துவம்.  நம்மாழ்வார்  அய்யா  எப்பவும் சொல்லுகிற விஷயம் "களை" என்று ஒரு செடி கிடையாது.  நமக்கு அதனோட பயன் தெரியாததால பெயர் தெரியாததால ஒரு செடியை வெட்ட நினைக்கிறோம்.  ஆனால் இயற்கை அந்த மண்ணுக்கு என்ன தேவையோ அதைதான் படைக்கிறது என்பார். 

பாரதியை ஒருமையில் அழைப்போம்

பாரதியின்  சீடரான பாரதி தாசனை கூட நாம் "அவன் " "எழுதினான்" என்று ஒருமையில் உரிமையோடு  குறிப்பிடுவதில்லை ஆனால் நாம் பாரதியை பற்றி குறிப்பிடும் போது  ஒருமையில் தான் குறிப்பிடுகிறோம்.

ஏன் இந்த வேறுபாடு ? பாரதி செல்வ ஏழ்மையில் வாழ்ந்ததாலா ? 

நிச்சயமாக இல்லை.  மற்ற கவிஞரின் கவிதைகள் அறிவை தொடும் மனதை தொடும்,  ஆனால் பாரதியின் சொற்கள் ஆன்மாவில் ஊடுருவி இரண்டற்ற ஒருமையில் கலக்கிறது.  இதனாலேயே நாம் எல்லோரும் இந்த அமரக்கவியை நமது உள் ஆன்மாவின் அறைகூவலாகவே பார்க்கிறோம்.

சமகாலத்தில் வாழ்ந்த நமது உள்ளம் வரை பல பாடல்களில் தொட்ட நேர்மையான கவிஞர் கண்ணதாசனை கூட அவர் என்றே குறிப்பிடுகின்றோம்.  

ஏனென்றால் பாரதி என்பது நமது உள்ளே ஆன்மாவாய் கணண்று கொண்டிருக்கும் ஒரு அக்னி குஞ்சு.  

பாரதியின் செல்வ ஏழ்மையை எண்ணி பலர் வருத்தப்பட்டிருக்கலாம்.  ஆனால் அவன் இறந்தே நூற்றாண்டு நெருங்கும் வேளையில் இன்றும் நம்மில் பலருள் அணையாவிளக்ககாக கணண்று கொண்டிருப்பவன் என்ற நித்தயமான உன்னத நிலையை தொட்டவன் சுப்ரமணிய பாரதி மட்டுமே. 

தாகூரின் 100 கவிதை தொகுப்புகளை ஒன்றாக இணைத்தாலும் பாரதியின் ஒரு கவிதைக்கு ஈடாகாது.  

பாரதி "சிந்து நதியின்" பாடலில் பாரதி ஒவ்வொரு மாநிலத்தின் சிறப்பம்சங்களை கொண்டாடுவான்,  ஆனால் தாகூரின் "ஜனகண " வில் மொத்த தென்னிந்தியாவிற்கும் ஒரு சொல்லில் "திராவிட"  என்று போட்டுவிட்டு தனது அறியாமையை தாகூர் வெளிப்படுத்தி இருக்கிறார்.  

வெள்ளையருக்கு சாமரம் வீசியதாலும் வங்காளிகளின் ஒற்றுமையாலும் தாகூர் ஏதோ மாபெரும் கவியை போல் இந்தியா கொண்டாடுகிறது.  

பறவைகளிடம் கூட ஜாதி பார்க்காமல் " ஜாதிகள் இல்லையடி பாப்பா " என்று பாடிய பிரபஞ்ச மாகவிஞனை " பார்ப்பனன்" என்று ஒதுக்கியது ஒரு சிறுமதியர் கூட்டம்.  இந்த கூட்டம் "பெண்ணின் உள்ளாடைக்குள் உள்ளம் தேடும்" காமவரிஞர்களை "கவிப்பேரரசு" என்று கொண்டாடி கூலிக்கு தமிழ் விற்கும் கும்பல் கூவுகிறது. 

இதனால் பாரதிக்கு எள்ளளவும் தாழ்வு இல்லை.  அவன் வணங்கிய சூரியனைப்போல் அவன் என்றுமே மறையாத சூரியன். 

சூரியன் என்பது எங்கும் உதிப்பதுமில்லை என்றும் மறைவதில்லை.  ஞாயிற்றுக்கு ஞாயிற்றுகிழமையில் விடுமுறை எல்லாம் இல்லவே இல்லை.  பூமி தன்னைத்தானே சுற்றிக் கொள்வதாலே ஒளி பெறுகிறது மற்றும் இழக்கிறது.

பூமியே சுற்றுவது நின்றாலும் பாரதியின் தாக்கம் எங்கும் அவன் போற்றிய பராசக்தி  போல் விரவியே இருக்கும்.  

வாழ்க பாரதி!  வாழ்க வையகம்!

It is overtime for all the goldsmiths of the world to make more gold medals and our Sindhu & Manasi have started winning gold from now on.  Sindhu & Manasi are the new age Kapil Devis opening the door for Indians at World Badminton.

For Cricket it was 1983 & Badminton 2019 both won by tall, dark,  passionate professionals.  

From now on let's all Indians call this sport as GOODminton there is nothing bad about it  anyway. 

Had our great poet Mahakavi Subramania Bharathi been alive he would have added a special line in his famous poem "Sindhu nadhiyin Isai" about this PV Sindhu too.

In this poem, Bharathi had written about specialties of each region of India. What Bharathi would have exchanged for Sindhu's & Manasi's Golden shuttle cock probably another present day child prodigy Rahul Vellal (https://www.facebook.com/RahulVellal/)  singing "Sindhu nadhiyin Isai" in praise of the true native dark Indian girl & slightly changed "Manasa sancharare " to "Manasi" sancharare.

Let's make case in the Supreme Court that the skin colour offending company brand "Fair & Lovely " rename as "Dark & Lovely" - the Sindhu has arrived in South India at Hyderabad - a long journey crossing many hills from the place of origin for the river Sindhu. 

Here many main stream media didnt give enough limelight, there is another world champion Ms. Manasi Joshi from India in this same championship. Once again we are all after grading the stars based on their market value. This shall change soon. Manasi, you have made India Proud.

On this 25th August 2019, Sunday, seems to be a day of individual brilliance. The 3rd test in ashes series between England & Australia, team from down under were dominating the total test match & England was on the mats at 286 for 9, when the last batsman walked in. World Cup hero Ben stokes once again rose up to the occasion to turn the tables upside down.

The last wicket partnership scored unbeaten 76 runs with stokes contributing 73 runs out of it & Leach just scored an unbeaten one. "Never say die" is the standout point in this encounter which caught the attention of all the cricket lovers across the world. Most of the teams in the past have only surrendered to the opposition in such a tight spot. The same stokes who gave the four consecutive sixes to Carlos Braithwite in T20 world cup final has worked very hard to become one of the best batsmen for England.

Every cricket match is a high voltage drama in India. World cup matches are really lightening thunderous of sixes & fours. Sachins, Dhonis, Kohlis are demi-gods. Every scent to automobile, rides on the popularity on the stars appearing on the screen with the products & services on display.

Ever since the toothy grin of the devil team descended on the English soil in 1983, India got bitten by the mad cricket disease. Cricket is no more a sport & players does not play for the spirit of the game. Every cricket win is the win for consumer goods market deep in to the gullys of villages. Every Miss World title increases the cosmetic sales in the sunny dark skinned population.

More the logos of the companies adored the uniforms of the players, cricket is lot played behind the screens. What was once a team game became a one man super star games, who will appear on your TV screen to motivate on your health drink in the morning, the phenol you have to use in your toilet basin, your tooth paste to shoe polish. Advertisement agencies decide the tenure of the cricketer's cricket life span based on the sales of the products he could promote in the prime time.

IPL, has been the open admission by the Cricket control in India, it is the money that matters. A captain is open for admission in new team even when his team is banned from the event for wrong doings. Even the Supreme Court finds that there is something severely wrong with the institution & constitution of this body says the volume of money & corruption in this sport which went beyond control.  Court went on to appoint a non-cricketer to set the house in order.

Hammering received at the hands of a straight forward, No-super star team of New Zealand is a real blessing for the cricket crazy nation. Anything in excess which goes over board is a disease. Cricket lost its charm of a Gentleman game, became a centre of attraction for many seasoned politicians wanting to be part of this institution speaks volumes of pockets it could grease in beyond the crease.

Kane Williamson, looks very simple, doesn't swear at opponents, never boasts or does chest thumps at the fall of a wicket. Century or a wicket, win or a loss is accepted with limited expressions, with a game played to truest spirit. In Contrast there is a head coach for the Indian team who boasts of producing the best ever team in the world of super stars.  Even after Rafael Nadal's 12th clay title at Roland Garros his coach didn't even boast of best ever tennis player he has produced.

India, the land of Bhagavad Gita, expects the win or loss to be treated with equal charm in perfect poise of calmness finds that in that grey bearded simple son of cricket from the land expected to have a zeal.  Williamson is the perfect leader to look at to bring semblance for balanced cricket especially for his U-19 world cup compatriot opponent.

Let us play the sport for the spirit of the Game.

So the Fans !!! don't fall the pray for the consumeristic bait kept for you in the form of a cricketer. 

Let us end the fanaticism & just be the true lover of the game.
